While all projects demand our dedication to completing quality work efficiently, some require extremely fast turnaround times. In the spirit of this project’s purpose to improve energy efficiency throughout the residential community, LEK completed all work within 200 occupied units at this southern California property, including:

• Executed the entire scope of work in just one month
• Installed new LEED-approved energy efficient boilers
• Re-piped all of the occupied buildings.
