Leon Kelly

President

Founder Leon E. Kelly has grown LEK Enterprises, Inc., into a combined, full service General Contractor, specializing in work within occupied environments since 1977. He enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally. He loves food & wine, and spending time with his family and friends.

Colin Pirrie

Estimator

Colin came to work for LEK after selling his own plumbing company in 2007, although he has known Leon since the 1990’s. Colin brings many talents to the table, as an estimator, project manager, and handling due diligences for our clients. As of late, he enjoys traveling, woodworking and visiting his new grandson in South Africa.

Kate Gadberry

Controller

Kate joined LEK in 2010, bringing many years of construction office management experience with her. She oversees the office staff and helps with daily operations in our main office in Northern California. Kate has two young children, loves wine, and enjoys traveling with her family whenever possible.

Allison Mason

AP Specialist

Allison has been with LEK since October 2015, working her way from administrative assistant to AP specialist. She is the go-to for many of our vendors, and helps maintain positive business relationships with our clients. Allison enjoys outdoor activities, and her two dogs.

Justin Gershoony

Senior Project Manager

Justin joined LEK in 2006 as a plumbing foreman. He has extensive expertise in multifamily plumbing, including boiler installation, re-pipes and specialty trades. He runs some of our most expansive projects with ease, continuing to deliver quality work at every turn. Justin loves 4-wheeling, camping and spending time with his kids and family.

Mike Eberle

Senior Project Manager

Mike joined LEK in 2007 as a licensed contractor and comes with over 25 years of general construction experience. He is responsible for some of our largest renovating projects, creating and maintaining successful business relationships. He spends his time in Idaho whenever possible, at his rustic cabin in the woods.

Joe Dunning

Project Manager

Joe came on board through Colin Pirrie and was top of his class at the local PHCC apprenticeship program. He has excelled in his plumbing knowledge and skill, and his great attitude makes him a talented project manager to have on our team. Joe spends his time with his wife and 4 kids, and working on his own remodeling projects at home.

Matthew Franklin

Project Manager

Matthew joined LEK in 2008 from Coarsegold as a heavy equipment operator. He has grown with the company, and expanded his knowledge in the plumbing field to become a valuable project manager. Matthew enjoys spending time with his son and wife, riding motorcycles, and playing in the dirt.

Kishnai Smith

Superintendent

Kishnai came on board in 2015 with residential plumbing experience. He has been able to quickly expand his knowledge base to multifamily work and now helps supervise crews on our washer & dryer remodels. Kishnai has a passion for cooking and enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and many grandchildren.

Josh Smith

Superintendent

Josh has been with LEK for 6 years. He comes from a variety of construction experience and has been a significant employee helping to manage our crews on large projects. Josh splits his time between Orange County and Las Vegas, and enjoys attending concerts in his free time.

Filiberto Gamino

Superintendent

Filiberto joined LEK in 2013 after owning a bar for several years. He has brought his leadership and management skills, as well as quickly learned the ropes of construction and continues to be a great team player.

Vicente Yerena

Superintendent

Vicente has been in the construction field for over 30 years, and started work with LEK in 2010. He has extensive skill in drywall, which makes him a valuable member of our company. He leads our crews with professionalism and enthusiasm. Vicente can be found spending quality time with his family when not traveling for work with LEK.
