Each project has its own unique variables and demands, even when the common desired outcome is the installation of all new washers and dryers in occupied residential units. Regardless of the supporting work that is required for a retrofit like this one in southern California, LEK teams employ our “build clean” approach which ensures that all spaces are cleaned up and masked off at the conclusion of each workday, for minimal disruption. To complete the overall project at Avalon Bay Communities, the following supporting work was required:

  • Designed and built a new sewage ejection system and main sewer
  • Installed complete electrical upgrades and new sub panels throughout the property
  • Upsized hot and cold water lines for washers and installed waste lines in the garages
  • Completed all framing and finishing work
