The Carlyle

LEK Enterprises Inc. was able to provide valuable upgrades and required safety retrofitting to this large upscale apartment community in Santa Clara. The Carlyle apartments are known for their elegance and colorful gardens surrounding the community. We were able to keep that sense of calmness even during the active project work on the grounds. LEK Enterprises Inc. worked with this returning client and:

• Installed gas, electric and auto shut off timers to new BBQ's for residential use
• Retrofitted seismic gas shut off valves at meterbanks
• Replaced existing gate valve with full port ball valves in each building
