Just a few hours’ drive southwest from our Headquarters in northern California, with Harbor Cove Apartments, LEK Enterprises was tasked to install all new washers and dryers in 400 individual occupied units. This included completing the all-encompassing work that accompanies such an undertaking. In addition to implementing detailed work schedules that had to be minimally invasive to residents, some unique aspects of this project included:
- Excavated old sewer mains, using heavy equipment, before installing new ones and replacing the sidewalks
- Changed all boilers and installed new hot and cold water mains throughout
- Upgraded the individual units with new electric panels
- Completing all framing and finishing
